Tech issues can be a nightmare for streamers, especially when they happen during a live broadcast. Whether it's a software glitch, hardware failure, or network problem, these issues can disrupt your stream and frustrate both you and your viewers. I offer a troubleshooting service to help you quickly identify and resolve any technical problems you may encounter. With my expertise, I'll get you back on track in no time, so you can focus on creating great content for your audience.
What can I fix?
Minimum charge : 25€ payable in advvance. After one hour of work, the effective working time will be rounded to the nearest quarter of an hour.
The final price will be given after the intervention based on the actual time spent solving the problem.
The difference between the initial deposit and the final price will be due within three days after the end of the intervention.
21% tax payable by individuals located in the EU and professionals registered in Spain.
All services are tax free for EU professionals in the intra-community register that provide me with a valid VAT number, as well as professionals and individuals outside the EU.

👩💻 What is your experience?
I have roughly 10 years of experience as a technical support specialist. I have been giving support for a wide range of technologies in multiple companies and have accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge over the years. Regarding streaming, I have been working with streaming technologies for over 5 years.
⏱️ How long does it take to resolve an issue?
Most issues can actually be resolved within an hour. However, there might be cases where troubleshooting or resolution is longer, in which case it can take up to 6 hours. I will let you know if the fix is expected to be short or long after you explain what has been happening.
🌍 Do you work remotely?
Yes! Most of my services can be done entirely remotely. Technical assistance requires a software connection. For physical installations, I can travel from Barcelona. In these cases the travel expenses are the client's responsibility.
🛠️ How does remote connection work for technical assistance?
I use TeamViewer to connect remotely and take partial control of your machine to speed up the work. You'll need to stay present during the intervention to enter your information if needed.
🔐 What about confidentiality?
The professional services I offer are 100% confidential. I commit to you by contract not to disclose anything. I will NEVER ask for your personal information (passwords, etc.).
💳 Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
I use paypal and direct transfer. More will be added in the future based on demand.
💸 Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds on the time I have spent working on your issue. You may opt out at any time.
